Do you want your Jeep featured in the TCJC Jeep calendar for 2023?
This is a way to spread some Jeepin' joy all year long and have all the hard work you've put into your Jeep published for everyone to see!
We will be publishing a 2023 twelve-month calendar with 12 amazing photos of local Jeeps. Your high bid wins a spot in this coveted calendar!
PLEASE take note, we have moved this auction up to the September Meeting!
Some Details:
The main front cover will be open to a group photo. So, get your friends together to pool your bid money for the group cover photo!
SOMETHING NEW THIS YEAR: We will allow "Jeep Sharing" this year. Multiple jeepers can share a month and feature their jeeps together in the photo! No more than 3 jeeps per photo/month will be permitted.
You may bid on multiple months but can only win one month individually and an additional month with a “jeep share” group.
Local Jeep related businesses may bid and win a month but cannot occupy the front or back cover with a business-oriented promo photo.
The back cover will be graced by the best high-resolution picture emailed to pictures@treasurecoastjeepclub.org by end of day 9/8/22. Board will announce winner the following week. No bid required for the back cover. (FREE!)
Proceeds from the auction will go towards purchasing holiday gifts for some deserving local children through the Salvation Army. These kids may not get much this season. The higher the bids, the more kids we can provide for!
Winning bids are due in full at the live auction close to be held from approximately 7:30pm-8:30pm on 9/8/2022 at the member meeting either by PayPal, credit card or cash or the next highest bidder wins! You must be at the meeting, (or have a designated proxy) immediately available to pay. Online bids will be accepted on this FB event up until 4pm only on 9/8/22.
You do not have to be a registered TCJC member to participate as long as we have your contact info.
We are in need of volunteer photographers in case a winner cannot provide a high-resolution photo. Volunteers will receive photo credit on the calendar. Photographers, please contact me if you're interested in participating.
The TCJC board reserves the right to review, edit and approve photos used.
Calendars will go on pre-sale after the auction in September!
